Chained Apart / Gallery Complete11/08/2011 עד ה-21/10/2011Chained Apart is an exhibition of international contemporary jewellery works by Coral Cohen, Lucie Gledhill, Heela Harel, Liana Pattihis, Einat Primo and Maud Traon showing at Gallery Complete, Tel Aviv. Each individual artist has brought mass-produced chain to the forefront of decorative jewellery switching its traditional role. Linked together, these artists show an abstract view of the classic chain in jewellery design, producing sculpted compositions with painterly qualities and an elegant distortion of scale and texture. Chained Apart presents contemporary jewellery works with a strong aesthetic style and a seductive approach to materials.
