The exhibition ''The Slave Song'', which will open on September 8, is the third part in a trilogy whose first part, "The Age of the Slave", was presented in January of this year at the Ein Harod Art Center. The second part, "The Last Breath Before Falling Asleep", was presented at the ''In Situ Gallery'', Paris. The main themes that drive Nave's artistic path concern the relationship between the past and the decline of human society and perceptions of eternity; the power relations among human beings and within the human spirit; the relationship between human and bestial and the pain involved in consciousness. The destruction and chaos take place in the paintings express the struggle between the fullness bursting from bodies and heads, and a deliberate void. Nave's works have been exhibited in major museums and art galleries such as the Israel Museum, Tel Aviv Museum, Herzliya Museum, Shin Seoul Gallery in New York City, Continua Le Moulin Gallery in France, as well as important in art fairs such as Art Basel, Miami, FIAC and FRIEZE, and leading art collections in Israel and around the world.
